The Pray of Faith
"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray.
Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms Is anyone among you sick? Let
him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him,
anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith
will save the sick. And the Lord will raise him up. And if he has
committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one
another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The
effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." James
5:13-16
The Power of Prayer
The power of prayer has been proven time and again.
This mystical channel to the limitless power of the Holy Spirit is
further strengthened when prayers are shared and joined in by others.
You may post your prayer request here, where it will be available to
other visitors as well as our pastoral staff. We encourage you to also
share in the prayers of others posted here as well. You may also use
this area to tell us about answers to prayers you have received.
Please be considerate of others by keeping your
postings appropriate for public posting. If you prefer, you may email
a private prayer message to the pastor. If you have something that
is urgent or private in nature, we suggest if possible that you call St.
Timothy's directly at (843) 553-4175 and leave a message if no one
answers.
Prayer Request Guidelines
This board is ONLY for prayer requests. Any other
comments will be removed due to space limitations. I humbly request that
prayers be directed only to God our Father, the Holy Spirit and Jesus,
if you feel led to post a prayer rather than a request. As there is
limited space, and there is the potential for receiving hundreds of
requests per month, duplicate prayer requests will be deleted as well as
any requests that slander or speak unloving of others, or openly solicit
for funds. We reserve the right to remove any other postings that are
offensive or demeaning to others.
To protect your privacy, please remember to not post
specific personal information such as mailing address or phone number
(or any other information that you do not wish to be read by
others).
Also, please do not type in ALL Capital letters.
