we gather weekly for eucharistic worship. We worship each
Sunday at 8:30am using traditional liturgy and at 11:00am using contemporary
liturgy. Each service has its own bulletin
complete with all music and readings.

Week of Prayer for
Christian Unity
During
the week of January 18-25 each year, we cooperatively worship
with other congregations of the Goose Creek Clergy Association.
We host worship one evening, and participate in worship at other
sites on other evenings. We have a guest pastor on the
evening we host worship, and Pastor Johnson preaches at another
site on a different evening. Our worship format is
Holden Evening Prayer.
Lenten Worship
We
worship on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm, beginning on Ash
Wednesday. The Ash Wednesday service is traditional in
format. The liturgy we use for Wednesdays during Lent is Holden Evening
Prayer.
Holy Week Worship
We observe
Maundy (Holy) Thursday, and
Good Friday.
Easter Worship
We worship
three times on
Easter.
In addition to our regular worship schedule, we worship at sunrise.
Advent Worship
We
worship on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm during
Advent using Holden Evening
Prayer.
Christmas Eve Worship
We
have
three candlelight services on Christmas Eve, 6:00 p.m., 8:00

About
Holy Communion...We believe and teach that in the
sacrament of Holy Communion we receive, with bread and wine, the
true Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ and that through this
Sacrament, God grants us forgiveness of sins, life and salvation.
We welcome all who affirm this faith to share with us in the
Lord's Supper. |
