What Time?

SUNDAY’S COOL students begin their lessons following the Children’s Moment at both morning worship services. Leaders escort the children to the appropriate room in the education wing of the church. The lesson is approximately 20-30 minutes in length. The children return to the sanctuary prior to communion.

Christian Teachings

The Christian teachings are presented on DVD and are produced by KidMo, LLC and are sanctioned by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Curriculum Content

TEACHING VIDEO (Learn It) is taught by Johnny Rogers, a rising personality in children’s ministry. He reaches kids with innovative messages and delightful interactivity.

 KwizMo (Link It) consists of a lesson review time with a creative twist to reinforce the lesson, bible verse, and Compass Point.  Competition based questions, quizzes, and challenges make for a fun and exciting time.

K’Motion (Live It) is the music in video form that includes on-screen lyrics that are energetic, a key participation.

MEMORY MAX enables the children to learn and retain bible verses using hand motions, pneumonics, and other surprises.

SMALL GROUPS encourage kids to interact with questions on their leader’s Q Card. A Mission Action Plan or MAP Book is given to each child to share with parents to reinforce the teaching.

Hi, my name is Karen Hope and I am a Sunday's Cool program coordinator.  I have a child who is 6 years old and understand the need for them to learn about the Lord.  My family and I joined St. Timothy a little over a year ago and have really enjoyed the fellowship here.  I am a pharmacist who works part time and love spending time with children.  They have always been of great interest to me.
